Carrera 3000 HS High Speed with multi-belt infeed systems
The Carrera 3000 HS is a high-speed flowrapping machine with rotary sealing jaws, designed to be an integral part of a fully automatic packaging line. Well adapted to food products, commonly bars and snacks, it really shines for applications that require high performance and very reliable operation with either heat-sealable or cold-sealable films. Its main features include an integrated pressure-free multi-belt smart-feeder as well as an automatic film reel splicer.

The Carrera 3000 HS is a PC controlled complete system with integrated pressure free 9 belt smart feeder infeed system designed to collate and even space high speed products from random or controlled production lines. The infeed system features quick release conveyor belts to facilitate tool-less removal for easy cleaning. The machine has 14 independent servo motors and drive circuits with Siemens brushless technology. A 10” colour touch screen operator interface with 100 program capacity and easy to use icons allows for fast and simple automatic product size changes. Multiple electronic cams are available to control external line equipment. Also included are on board diagnostics and trouble shooting, precision temperature control circuits, misplaced product detection, no-product-no-bag operation, programming film tensioning control, double film reel mounting in film widths up to 250mm, and hygienic design for easy clean down. Print registered films can of course be used.
