Carrera Smart
The Carrera Smart is the newest addition to the Ilapak Flow Wrapper range, and is ideally suited to anyone requiring a high quality budget priced flow wrapper. Produced in the Ilapak China factory the machine has the same performance and specifications as the Carrera 500PC, but is much cheaper. It is available in a single no other options configuration of epoxy painted body in right-hand version only, standard jaw width of 250mm and 150mm crimp centre height, 2,5mt infeed conveyor with pop-out lugs, single film reel mounting 650mm wide, adjustable folding box, photocell for print registration, and photocell for NO product NO bag.

Carrera 500 PC – entry level Flow Wrapper
The Carrera 500 PC is the most cost-effective and flexible flowrapping machine in the Ilapak range. It boasts 3 fully independent drive circuits with AC motors and frequency inverters, making it the ideal electronic HFFS machine for companies with low to medium output and a wide range of products. The simple-to-use operator interface allows rapid product changeover, with all product parameters restored at the touch of a button. Production speeds, with a single jaw, can reach up to 100 cycles per minute. Tray indexers and friction belt feeders are available as options. Features include precision temperature control circuits, no-product-no-bag operation, single film reel mounting for film widths up to 650mm, and hygienic design for easy clean down. Mechanical versions are also available. Print registered films can of course be used.

Carrera 1000 PC – entry level Flow Wrapper
The Carrera 1000 PC is designed for applications requiring flexibility, performance and ease-of-use at an affordable price. It is a PC-controlled electronic flowrapping machine, with a multi-axis drive, best suited for smaller products of different sizes. It can wrap at speeds of over 200 cycles per minute with the option of multiple jaws. The simple-to-use operator interface allows rapid product changeover, with all product parameters restored at the touch of a button. Production speeds, with a single jaw, can reach up to 100 cycles per minute. Tray indexers and friction belt feeders are available as options. Features include precision temperature control circuits, misplaced product detection, no-product-no-bag operation, single film reel mounting for film widths up to 650mm, and hygienic design for easy clean down. Mechanical versions are also available. Print registered films can of course be used.
