Delta VACMAP®
Delta VACMAP® is a truly innovative packaging system designed and built by ILAPAK and patented worldwide. VACMAP® is a cost effective alternative to skin and thermoforming packaging that combines vacuum and MAP technologies to produce traditional flow wrap style packs for products that require long shelf life.

VACMAP® has the advantages of higher machine flexibility, better pack appearance, lower film cost, labour savings, with the added advantage that the system can be run as a normal flow wrapper without the vacuum system and with or without MAP.

The VACMAP® is ideally suited to pizza, fresh or frozen, and bakery type where low residual oxygen levels are required for long shelf life.
