Vegatronic VT2000 Intermittent Motion VFFS machine
The Vegatronic 2000 series of machine is one of our best selling machines thanks to its perfect balance of perfomance, flexibility, range of pack styles and price. It is ideally suited for medium/high speed applications and any type of packaging material with throughput at speeds up to 120 packs per minute.

The VT2000 is PC controlled with a 6” colour touch screen for easy operation and programming of up to 100 product programs, and features motorised sealing jaws for higher speed operation.

The VT2000 machine may be used for laminate, barrier, polypropylene, and polyethylene based films amongst others. There are two option for sealing systems - standard constant heat seal jaws and vertical sealing bar, or Ilaseal reduced profile constant heat sealing system especially developed for PE based films are available for the horizontal jaws sealing.

The VT1000 machine can produce many pack styles including pillow bags, pillow bags with handles, gusseted pillow bags, block bottom bags with central or offset vertical seals, Quattro four sided seal pack with central or offset seals, Easy Pack®, DOY packs, amongst others. Reclosable bag systems such as Zip-Pak® and Strip-It® are also available for use on the VT20000 machines.
