Vegatronic VT4000 Open Frame Continuous Motion VFFS machine
The VEGATRONIC 4000 successfully combines the innovative design based upon the "open frame" concept with the search for extremely accurate workmanship and execution so as to represent the ideal answer for all those applications, such as deep-frozen, wet, or fresh food products where more and more restrictive regulations impose very strict hygienic standards and ease of machine cleaning. The use of the most sophisticated control technologies united to the very high structural quality makes the VT4000 extremely reliable and versatile with top class performance with any type of packaging materials.

The VT4000 is a high speed machine for packing up to 140 packs per minute and features hygienic open frame easy clean stainless steel design, brushless motors, PC controlled operation via 6” colour touch screen, 450mm wide sealing jaws, automatic film tracking and tensioning, motorised film unwind, and the choice to run in continuous or intermittent film motion modes.

The VT4000 machine is ideal for salads and loose leaf produce, fresh poultry or meat pieces, IQF products such as nugget, chips, vegetables, cheese and dairy products, and many others.

The VT4000 machine can produce many pack styles including pillow bags, gusseted pillow bags, block bottom bags, Quattro four sided stand up bags. Laminates, barrier, polypropylene based, polyethylene based are just some of the film types that may be used. Several sealing system options are available for the vertical seal – band sealing and drag sealing – and standard heat seal, Ilaseal or Ilatherm systems for PE based films are available for the horizontal jaws sealing.

Painted finish or stainless steel versions are both available, along with many options which may be added to customise the machine to your requirements.
